The former School of Humanities became the School of Law and Social Sciences beginning in January of 2000, with the creation of the Law Program with emphasis in Business Law.

In the School of Law and Humanities, the work of study groups, of investigative groups, and of seminars of all the departments flow together to the real existence of the Social Judicial Investigation Center: Precedent.

The School is organized at present in four academic departments: Spanish, Law, Languages, and Humanities.  In addition, it offers five under-graduate, and two continuous education programs.
