La Universidad Icesi<\/strong> lamenta la muerte del poeta chileno, quien muri\u00f3 a los 93 a\u00f1os de edad, debido a complicaciones del accidente cerebrovascular que sufri\u00f3 el pasado 22 de abril. Gonzalo Rojas Pizarro<\/strong> naci\u00f3 en Lebu<\/a>, el 20 de diciembre de 1917 y muri\u00f3 en Santiago<\/a>, 25 de abril de 2011, fue un poeta<\/a> perteneciente a la llamada \u00abGeneraci\u00f3n de 1938\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Recibi\u00f3 diferentes premios, como el Premio Nacional de Literatura de Chile<\/strong> 1992; el Premio Reina Sof\u00eda de Poes\u00eda Iberoamericana<\/strong>, 1992, el Premio Internacional Octavio Paz <\/strong>de Poes\u00eda y Ensayo 1998, el Premio Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez de Argentina<\/strong>, y el Premio Miguel de Cervantes<\/strong> de Literatura en Lengua Castellana 2003.<\/p>\n
