Divertida, colorida y alegre, la pel\u00edcula narra la historia de V\u00edctor, un adolescente de origen dominicano, que vive en el Lower East Side de Manhattan con su abuela y sus dos hermanos. <em>Criando a V\u00edctor Vargas <\/em>se hizo con muy bajo presupuesto, con actores no profesionales y su \u00e9xito tom\u00f3 a la critica por sorpresa.
