{"id":20457,"date":"2011-06-22T09:24:35","date_gmt":"2011-06-22T14:24:35","guid":{"rendered":"602.1020"},"modified":"2011-06-22T09:24:59","modified_gmt":"2011-06-22T14:24:59","slug":"tlc-necesitara-mas-vias-terciarias-afirman-constructores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.icesi.edu.co\/blogs\/blog\/lista\/tlc-necesitara-mas-vias-terciarias-afirman-constructores","title":{"rendered":"TLC necesitar\u00e1 m\u00e1s v\u00edas terciarias, afirman constructores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De entrada, las rutas del carb\u00f3n y el petr\u00f3leo necesitan refuerzos.<\/p>\n<p>De cara al Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos, que incrementar\u00e1n las exportaciones en 6,5 por ciento y las importaciones en 12 por ciento, es necesario reconstruir las v\u00edas que han quedado deterioradas, en su mayor\u00eda por el fuerte invierno, y construir nuevas v\u00edas terciarias.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Esa fue la propuesta que hizo Juan Mart\u00edn Caicedo, presidente de la C\u00e1mara Colombiana de Infraestructura (CCI), en la clausura del \u2018XVIII Simposio Colombiano sobre Ingenier\u00eda de Pavimentos\u2019, que se realiz\u00f3 en Cartagena. El directivo gremial record\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds es el sexto productor mundial de carb\u00f3n y tendr\u00e1 que movilizar 110 millones de toneladas del mineral al a\u00f1o, sin contar el mill\u00f3n de barriles de petr\u00f3leo diarios que podr\u00edan tenerse de los 570 nuevos pozos exploratorios.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los cuatro corredores de comercio exterior que se contratar\u00e1n al 2014, la CCI enfatiz\u00f3 que no hay que olvidar la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias de mejoramiento y conservaci\u00f3n de las carreteras de bajos vol\u00famenes de tr\u00e1nsito, ya que son estas las que integran las regiones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En Colombia, el 87 por ciento (112.699 kil\u00f3metros) de la red vial (129.485 kil\u00f3metros) est\u00e1 compuesto por v\u00edas secundarias y terciarias.
