Objetivo: conocer las vivencias industriales por parte de abuelos, relacionadas con la vida laboral cuando estaban laboralmente activos.<\/p>\n
Actividad:<\/p>\n
Entrevistar 6 abuelos.<\/p>\n
La entrevista debe estar dirigida a indagar las vivencias laborales cuando se encontraban econ\u00f3micamente activos . Los elementos para construir la entrevista deben ser considerados de las olas del desarrollo. Servir\u00e1 toda entrevista laboral, en empresas agr\u00edcolas, de bienes o de servicios.<\/p>\n
Se recomienda entrevistar abuelos de edad avanzada.<\/p>\n
Se debe realizar un clip con cada entrevista, no es necesarrio que aparezca la persona, diga su nombre o donde trabajo, en caso que dicha informaci\u00f3n no se desee presentar. Se pretende tomar testimonios que enriquezcan una mirada sist\u00e9mica sobre el desarrollo laboral y c\u00f3mo el ingeniero industrial ha participado y debe seguirlo haciendo para configurar puestos de trabajo satisfactorios.<\/p>\n
Igualmente se recomienda que el entrevistado presente vivencias, contrastres, recuerdos; por ejemplo, si llegaron a estrenar alguna tecnolog\u00eda, como eran los jefes, coo era un dia laboral, como ven los cambios de hoy y lo que ellos vivieron.<\/p>\n
Debe tomarse cada clip y realizarle un mapa mental.<\/p>\n
Luego tomar los seis mapas mentales y hacer un mapa sistemico<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, el grupo debe hacer un clip presentando el mapa sist\u00e9mico desarrollado.<\/p>\n
