Al introducirlo a la boca se encuentra uno con un sabor desconocido, parco, pero a la vez intenso. Su textura no es arenosa sino carnosa. Al final cuando ya se ha pasado el bocado, deja una leve sensaci\u00f3n de amargura, que se va acentuando mientras m\u00e1s se va comiendo. Mientras se tiene en la boca tiene un leve dulzor, pero no tan fuerte como para decir que es dulce, y se siente lo sutil y suficientemente salado como para decir que es de este reino. La combinaci\u00f3n de estos tres sabores hacen que sea un sabor bastante \u00fanico, que quiz\u00e1s si se consume con frecuencia se va volviendo muy familiar y hasta nost\u00e1lgico porque solo se encuentra ah\u00ed. La pepa le da un tono astringente, y el sabor que produce por momentos lo asocio con el del cardamomo. Quiz\u00e1s es la pepa la que le imprime un sabor perfumado que se acompasa con un sabor suave de madera.<\/p>\n<p><em>El sabor del Sirindango es tan \u00fanico, que no s\u00e9 puede describir la suavidad de textura que contiene, a la vez es tan tierno, tan dulce, que quienes lo prueban se pierden en la contextura natural. Es tan \u00fanico que en los territorios ancestrales a\u00fan pervive como un alimento natural, que nos alimenta, nos gu\u00ede, nos protege como algo precioso y valioso.
