Su objeto de estudio fue el impacto que los despidos y promociones tienen en el ambiente moral de la empresa. Este ambiente fue definido como una red de valores y pr\u00e1cticas que afectan las condiciones para el bienestar en el trabajo y el car\u00e1cter de los trabajadores. En este sentido la investigaci\u00f3n se redujo a los aspectos puramente internos de la empresa, de acuerdo con el modelo de Goodpaster.
