Se requiere adem\u00e1s que estas herramientas est\u00e9n en capacidad de integrarse de manera efectiva con el sistema de informaci\u00f3n de salud y que su uso sea sencillo, coherente con la realidad de los pacientes y su personal de apoyo. El aplicativo Incognitus, el producto de este trabajo, retoma una iniciativa previa, la robustece tanto en aspectos de programaci\u00f3n como en temas de usabilidad e integraci\u00f3n con los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n en salud, por lo que constituye una herramienta valiosa para apoyar el trabajo de los profesionales de la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo citar (APA):<\/strong> Navarro Cadavid, A. y Molina, C.F.
