Por meio de um percurso que vai dos legados da escravid\u00e3o at\u00e9 as formas atuais de viol\u00eancia e exclus\u00e3o, o documento nos ajuda a compreender que a antinegritude n\u00e3o \u00e9 um problema do passado, nem de um \u00fanico pa\u00eds, mas sim uma estrutura global que continua afetando a vida de milh\u00f5es de pessoas negras no mundo. Com foco especial no Caribe e na Am\u00e9rica Latina \u2014em particular no Haiti, na Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, no Brasil e na Col\u00f4mbia\u2014, o relat\u00f3rio evidencia como se repetem padr\u00f5es como o racismo institucional, a viol\u00eancia estatal, a nega\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos e o silenciamento de saberes.
