The Ph.D. in Business Economics graduates will develop the following competences:
Improve their teaching activities based on continuous research,evaluation and reflection on their teaching and research activities.
Universidad Icesi is recognized as a leader in the development of professionals in the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, and such. Hence its current recognition and academic reputation, attested by the Institutional Accreditation granted by the National Ministry of Education. The Ph.D. in Business Economics offers great value through its teaching faculty, consisting of 37 research professors, trained in administrative, economic and financial sciences, mainly, in the United States and Europe. The Doctorate in Business Economics integrates research in the administrative, economic and financial areas.
After completing the cycle in one of the master’s degrees in research, the student can continue with the doctoral cycle.
