Leadership and Innovation

The Business Administrator with focus on International Business at Universidad Icesi is a leader in innovation with a global, ethical, and socially responsible perspective, with a solid quantitative training, which participates in society in an active, reflexive, and critical way through the creation of new businesses and the development of existing ones.

Institutional Accreditation

In 2015, the Ministry of National Education granted Icesi University the renewal of the High Quality Institutional Accreditation until 2021. This is a recognition of the permanent commitment of Icesi within the region and the country, to maintain high standards of quality in the development of the functions of training, research and social outreach, as well as administrative support work.

 

Development of the Business Spirit

From the beginning of the Program, students take courses that help them discover and develop their  Entrepreneurial Spirit. With this training, students generate innovative ideas and create entrepreneurial projects, which may in the future become successful businesses that will contribute with jobs creation.

A high percentage of Program graduates are renowned businesspersons in the region and in the country due to their leadership.

International Focus

The Program is supported by a number of agreements signed with prestigious universities located in different countries. Students complete exchange semesters, business internships and international missions. In addition, they can obtain a double degree with the following Universities: Montpellier Business School, ESC Clermont, and La Rochelle Business School in France.

Our graduates perform successfully in national and international organizations with important positions in areas such as: international businesses, marketing, finances, management, and human resource management among others.
