El entorno global se unifica con un ritmo acelerado e irreversible, obligando a las empresas a crear valor en sus procesos y productos ya que de esta forma alcanzaran un nivel competitivo significativo para afrontar los retos de la din\u00e1mica global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-CO; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">La internacionalizaci\u00f3n de las empresas se convierte en el m\u00e1s firme derrotero para la evoluci\u00f3n continua en los procesos y productos, alcanzando el valor agregado que el mercado exige. La internacionalizaci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s que poner un producto en un mercado internacional; es enfocar todos los recursos (humanos, financieros, productivos, log\u00edsticos, entre otros) de la empresa en la penetraci\u00f3n y sostenibilidad a largo plazo de un bien o servicio en el mercado extranjero; como resultado de un conjunto de estrategias fundamentadas en los objetivos organizacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-CO; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">El enfoque internacional tiene una dimensi\u00f3n mayor en la evaluaci\u00f3n de los factores externos que pueden ser contundentes a la hora de comunicar, o crear estrategias directas que permitan que dicho producto se convierta en una opci\u00f3n global. La sociedad empujada normalmente por fuerzas pol\u00edticas, econ\u00f3micas, culturales y tecnol\u00f3gicas, es siempre diversa y diferente en cada\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-CO; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">zona geogr\u00e1fica del mundo. Por lo tanto, saber que aquellas diferencias existen y hacen parte del consumidor llevan a una alta complejidad de informaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y creatividad; acarreando a las organizaciones a la innovaci\u00f3n en su servicio, en las caracter\u00edsticas del producto, y en los sistemas que efect\u00faan para llegar como forasteros a otro mercado fuera del pa\u00eds de origen y tener un alto nivel de competencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-CO; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">Finalmente, las etapas fundamentales para entender el proceso internacional de una empresa, podr\u00eda resumirse en tres: Inicio, desarrollo y consolidaci\u00f3n. (i) En un inicio, la organizaci\u00f3n tiene una exportaci\u00f3n simple en otro lugar del mundo o de manera indirecta. Luego est\u00e1 (ii) el desarrollo, que implica efectuar estrategias que permitan penetrar el mercado internacional, donde una serie de actividades y alianzas puedan generar mayores beneficios.
