F\u00edsica, s\u00ed, pero experiencial y conectada<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa tienda del futuro debe impulsar un concepto cada vez m\u00e1s presente en las estrategias empresariales.\u00a0El consumidor demandar\u00e1 que el proceso de compra de un producto en un espacio f\u00edsico no sea un mero intercambio, sino que cuente con todos los complementos necesarios para que se convierta en toda una experiencia\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As\u00ed resume\u00a0<strong>Alberto Alonso,<\/strong>\u00a0responsable de desarrollo de negocio\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/daretail.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Retail<\/a>\u00a0para Iberia en<strong>\u00a0Axis Communications<\/strong>, las conclusiones de su\u00a0estudio\u00a0<strong>\u201cLa Tienda del futuro\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0realizado por la consultora<strong>\u00a0Ipsos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio, que analiza perfiles y tipos de comportamientos de los compradores,\u00a0 revela que\u00a0<strong>el 34% de los consumidores espa\u00f1oles<\/strong>\u00a0prefiere las tiendas f\u00edsicas, al considerar que ofrecen m\u00e1s beneficios que la tienda\u00a0 online.<\/p>\n<p>La tienda f\u00edsica est\u00e1 experimentando una gran evoluci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La recopilaci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis de datos se convierten en un punto de partida esencial. La monitorizaci\u00f3n de los compradores en tienda, para entender c\u00f3mo viven los consumidores la experiencia de compra, es indispensable para construir la tienda del ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA la tienda f\u00edsica le falta informaci\u00f3n\u201d, seg\u00fan Alonso. Sin embargo los clientes van a seguir yendo a ellas. Pero \u00bfest\u00e1n ofreciendo las tiendas lo que los clientes quieren?.
