Estas buscan que sea de una manera mucho mas personalizada y dirigida a la persona que busca dicho producto o servicio. Esta cantidad de dinero es una muestra de lo importante que se ha convertido, y gracias a la misma es posible ver c\u00f3mo ha avanzado para presentar mejores retornos de inversi\u00f3n a las marcas y anunciantes que la desarrollan, no obstante, algunas de estas mejoras que presentan hoy las acciones publicitarias y las plataformas donde se hacen presentes, pueden resultar perturbadoras para los consumidores, cosa que puede provocar que en lugar de verse m\u00e1s interesados en una marca decidan alejarse de esta.\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Seg\u00fan cifras expuestas por Accenture Interactive las principales acciones de publicidad por parte de anunciantes y marcas que son mal percibidas son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recibir un anuncio de algo que hablaron cerca de un asistente de voz y nunca se busc\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Ver anuncios que lo siguen a trav\u00e9s de diversos dispositivos.<\/li>\n<li>Encontrarse con Chatbots que tienen acceso al comportamiento del consumidor en sus compras online.<\/li>\n<li>Ver anuncios en redes sociales basados en visitas recientes a los sitios de compras.<\/li>\n<li>Interactuar con chatbots que tienen acceso a interacciones pasadas de servicio a clientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La forma en la que se realiza publicidad por parte de las empresas ha cambiado.
