Nos encontramos ante un escenario de gran incertidumbre y volatilidad, cambios en los h\u00e1bitos de compra de los consumidores, temor a visitar los puntos de venta f\u00edsicos por riesgo de contagio, diversidad en los horarios de trabajo, precios futuros, disponibilidad de productos, etc. Estos factores han dado lugar a que las marcas se reinventen y transformen sus canales de ventas siendo fundamental la creaci\u00f3n de v\u00ednculos fuertes con sus clientes y la oferta de nuevas propuestas de valor que las diferencien de su competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las marcas se enfrentan a una situaci\u00f3n sin precedentes que va a requerir una respuesta \u00e1gil y ajustada a la era post-covit-19, es precisamente ahora donde los canales de comercializaci\u00f3n cobran m\u00e1s sentido, nuevas v\u00edas de relaci\u00f3n con los clientes y consumidores adem\u00e1s formas de influir en las decisiones de compra independiente del tipo de intermediario. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los cambios m\u00e1s importantes que se presentar\u00e1n en los canales de ventas para adaptarse a esta situaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n de la Universidad Icesi, Marketing Zone y la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Econ\u00f3micas de la Universidad CES, se complacen en invitarlo al conversatorio <strong><em>El retail y las ventas por cat\u00e1logo \u00abUn nuevo reto\u00bb <\/em><\/strong>donde cincos expertos compartir\u00e1n las estrategias adoptadas para afrontar la crisis actual.
