Esta es la principal conclusi\u00f3n de un estudio llevado a cabo por Samsung Pay, el servicio de pago m\u00f3vil de Samsung, acerca de la utilizaci\u00f3n de servicios de\u00a0<em>wallet<\/em>\u00a0digital en el consumo diario. Seg\u00fan estos datos, el 32% de los que afirman haber registrado una tarjeta de sistema de pago m\u00f3vil lo ha hecho en los \u00faltimos tres meses, para comprar en los comercios a trav\u00e9s del\u00a0<em>smartphone<\/em>. De esta manera, los pagos en efectivo han decrecido durante los \u00faltimos meses mientras que los pagos con tarjetas contactless han aumentado junto con las aplicaciones de pago m\u00f3vil que se han consolidado como alternativa para realizar las compras del d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Ya en 2019, los datos de uso de aplicaciones como Samsung Pay apuntaban a un crecimiento significativo. En concreto, las transacciones a trav\u00e9s de este\u00a0<em>wallet<\/em>\u00a0digital aumentaron un 200% durante ese a\u00f1o, mientras que los usuarios activos semanales subieron un 131%, demostrando que se trata de un fen\u00f3meno al alza. En 2020, el descenso del consumo debido al confinamiento llamaba a una reducci\u00f3n de estos datos, pero a medida que avanzaban las semanas durante la desescalada, se fueron recuperando los niveles previos a la crisis hasta superarlos llegando a batir el r\u00e9cord anterior de n\u00famero de transacciones realizadas en un d\u00eda, hito que se consigui\u00f3 el 6 de junio.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n en esta l\u00ednea,\u00a0<strong>el 43% de los que han registrado con \u00e9xito una tarjeta en plataformas de pago m\u00f3vil indic\u00f3 que, durante el mes de mayo, en pleno estado de alarma,\u00a0<\/strong>utiliz\u00f3 \u201cmucho m\u00e1s a menudo\u201d las soluciones de pago con el m\u00f3vil en tiendas f\u00edsicas, y la mitad afirm\u00f3 que una vez pasado el estado de alarma preve\u00eda utilizarlos con mayor frecuencia que antes del confinamiento. Adem\u00e1s, cuatro de cada cinco identifican los pagos contactless como una forma m\u00e1s limpia de pagar, y aunque el 55% est\u00e1 preocupado con las condiciones higi\u00e9nicas de los medios de pago en las compras, solo el 37% afirma limpiar a menudo sus tarjetas bancarias.<\/p>\n<p>De la misma manera, los datos del estudio se reflejan tambi\u00e9n en la informaci\u00f3n de ventas de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que asegura que\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1s de la mitad de los nuevos tel\u00e9fonos vendidos registran un usuario nuevo en Samsung Pay, superando los indicadores previos a la crisis sanitaria<\/strong>. Los datos publicados por Samsung tambi\u00e9n revelan que los espa\u00f1oles conocen m\u00e1s de dos soluciones de pago m\u00f3vil (2,14), y se han registrado en m\u00e1s de una soluci\u00f3n (1,35).<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de los usuarios de Samsung Pay, tres de cada cuatro encuestados dicen estar \u201cmuy satisfechos\u201d con el servicio y uno de cada cuatro afirma utilizarlo a diario.
