Interbrand predice que estas marcas desafiantes cambiar\u00e1n para siempre las reglas de sus categor\u00edas y llegar\u00e1n a formar parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los consumidores en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>En ediciones anteriores de Breakthrough Brands (2016, 2017),\u00a0<strong>Interbrand ya puso el foco sobre marcas como Deliveroo, Glossier, Glovo y Slack, anticipando su \u00e9xito y crecimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uno de los aprendizajes que arroja el nuevo informe es que el epicentro de la innovaci\u00f3n se ha alejado del n\u00facleo tecnol\u00f3gico de Silicon Valley y de las compa\u00f1\u00edas masivas de\u00a0<em>software<\/em>. Asimismo, hay un cambio significativo en el liderazgo de las compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s disruptivas: de las 30 destacadas en este informe<strong>, el 27% tiene un CEO que es una persona de color y el 30% tiene un CEO que es una mujer<\/strong>, en comparaci\u00f3n con el 10% que se alcanza en cualquiera de ambos grupos demogr\u00e1ficos en las empresas del Fortune 500.<\/p>\n<p>Breakthrough Brands se elabora a trav\u00e9s de herramientas de investigaci\u00f3n cualitativas y cuantitativas, que incluyen la escucha social y el an\u00e1lisis de datos financieros. Interbrand ha seleccionado las 30 empresas que mejor ejemplifican la innovaci\u00f3n y el crecimiento de las marcas de una lista de m\u00e1s de 200.<\/p>\n<p>Las marcas se seleccionaron en funci\u00f3n de tres criterios b\u00e1sicos: la capacidad de comprender\u00a0<em>human truths\u00a0<\/em>(marcas que satisfacen y superan las necesidades y deseos de los clientes), la creaci\u00f3n de experiencias de marca excepcionales y la obtenci\u00f3n de resultados superiores.
