Los consumidores tienen nuevos h\u00e1bitos, muchos de ellos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.merca20.com\/consumidor-post-coronavirus-los-habitos-que-nacieron-en-la-pandemia-y-se-quedaran\/\"><span class=\"s2\">nunca antes vistos<\/span><\/a>\u00a0en su forma o intensidad actual. Tambi\u00e9n las empresas cambiaron su forma de operar, favoreciendo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.merca20.com\/facebook-permitira-home-office-lo-que-resta-de-2020\/\"><span class=\"s2\">sistemas remotos<\/span><\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.merca20.com\/la-covid-19-sera-la-mayor-aliada-de-la-digitalizacion-de-las-empresas-en-el-largo-plazo\/\"><span class=\"s2\">tecnolog\u00edas digitales<\/span><\/a>. Este panorama no es solo un reto de ventas. Para los CMO representa tambi\u00e9n un enorme desaf\u00edo de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estos l\u00edderes de marketing han sido por a\u00f1os los que orquestan la primer l\u00ednea de respuesta de las marcas en su interacci\u00f3n con los consumidores. Y en un entorno post-COVID, los clientes demandan informaci\u00f3n, seguridad y confianza como nunca antes. Los CMO deben aprender a cumplir estas necesidades, pero tambi\u00e9n encontrar la forma m\u00e1s adecuada de abordarlas. En este contexto, \u00bfqu\u00e9 desaf\u00edos y oportunidades le esperan a estos profesionistas en el futuro?<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"SMW0fNrk\">\n<div id=\"vidoomy\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una gu\u00eda para el CMO de la era post-COVID<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Frente a estas interrogantes, la firma LLYC, en colaboraci\u00f3n con Wakigami, present\u00f3 una gu\u00eda para los l\u00edderes de las marcas, especializada en el entorno post-COVID. El informe recoge las principales conclusiones derivadas de entrevistas a un centenar de responsables de marketing de compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edderes en once mercados (Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Espa\u00f1a, M\u00e9xico, Portugal, Panam\u00e1, Per\u00fa y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana) y arroja luz sobre los desaf\u00edos de los CMO en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Entre los puntos clave que se analizan est\u00e1n, por supuesto, los retos de mayor urgencia para los CMO de las marcas. En espec\u00edfico, del cambio de los formatos de inversi\u00f3n en comunicaci\u00f3n y marketing, acciones enfocadas a reforzar la seguridad y confianza del consumidor y los territorios de activaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Otra reflexi\u00f3n importante de este estudio que puede servir a los CMO es que la pandemia, para muchos de estos l\u00edderes de marketing, cambiar\u00e1 la cultura empresarial. De hecho, se est\u00e1 viendo una evoluci\u00f3n favorable hacia esquemas m\u00e1s colaborativos. Asimismo, entre las firmas encuestadas para este reporte, se est\u00e1 viendo una continuaci\u00f3n de los planes publicitarios. Lo anterior, con especial atenci\u00f3n a m\u00e9todos que tienen una clara ventaja en retorno de inversi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tambi\u00e9n se comprob\u00f3 que un aumento determinante en las acciones de responsabilidad social corporativa. Espec\u00edficamente, en convertir a las marcas en empresas con prop\u00f3sito e impulsar acciones enfocadas a mejorar la sociedad.
