Cada vez se piensa menos en la venta por la venta y se considera, como Kotler constantemente lo dice, m\u00e1s que debe guiar un proceso de conocimiento y creaci\u00f3n que procure la resoluci\u00f3n de necesidades de los consumidores, aportando valor a sus vidas.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con la inclusi\u00f3n se habla de diversidad, la cual es mucho m\u00e1s que el sexo o el color de la piel. Tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta la edad, la procedencia geogr\u00e1fica, la diversidad socioecon\u00f3mica o las diferentes discapacidades y necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>De la misma manera que la arquitectura est\u00e1 integrando la accesibilidad universal para orientarse a todo tipo de personas, el marketing ha de usar el dise\u00f1o universal o dise\u00f1o para todos para poder ser inclusivo, para que producto, precio, distribuci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n est\u00e9n pensados para satisfacer necesidades y deseos en todo tipo de personas teniendo en cuenta su diversidad, a trav\u00e9s de experiencias de compra, uso y consumo usables y totalmente accesibles.<\/p>\n<p>Las herramientas que emplea el\u00a0<b>Marketing Inclusivo<\/b>\u00a0han de estar dise\u00f1adas bajo los principios del Dise\u00f1o Universal o el Dise\u00f1o Para Todos. Ello permite que leer y abrir una envoltura, consultar una p\u00e1gina web, asistir a una sesi\u00f3n de cine o realizar unas compras en el supermercado puedan ser acciones que cualquier persona pueda realizar.<\/p>\n<p>Si la letra en un paquete es peque\u00f1a, la web no es accesible, la pel\u00edcula no est\u00e1 subtitulada, o las tiendas tienen escalones o pasillos estrechos. Esas acciones no las podr\u00e1 realizar cualquiera y ello supone exclusi\u00f3n social, p\u00e9rdida de clientes y, por lo tanto, supondr\u00e1 una mala gesti\u00f3n del marketing y tambi\u00e9n de la Responsabilidad Social de la empresa u organizaci\u00f3n, justo ahora pensaba por ejemplo en las universidades.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los beneficios que puede atraer este tipo de\u00a0<b>marketing<\/b>\u00a0podemos encontrar: mayor n\u00famero de clientes y m\u00e1s satisfacci\u00f3n con la experiencia del bien o servicio, m\u00e1s fidelidad en el consumo, mayor competitividad y mejor imagen de marca, as\u00ed como m\u00e1s creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n en las campa\u00f1as. Las marcas est\u00e1n escuchando m\u00e1s a los consumidores y aline\u00e1ndose con sus valores.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo de esto fueron los resultados de la encuesta de Accenture de compras de paquetes vacacionales. En el 2018 arroj\u00f3 que el 70% de los Millennials tienen m\u00e1s probabilidades de elegir una marca sobre otra si esta demuestra inclusi\u00f3n y diversidad.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda la oferta visual en las campa\u00f1as inclusivas es m\u00e1s y la atenci\u00f3n por parte de los consumidores.
