Lo principal es conocer nuestro\u00a0<em>target<\/em>. Para ello, se realizan mapas de p\u00fablicos claves con el objetivo de identificar a las personas a las cuales queremos vender nuestros productos o servicios. Este primer paso es vital porque sobre todo queremos llamar la atenci\u00f3n y ser persuasivos sobre nuestro p\u00fablico objetivo y por ende generar una acci\u00f3n de compra.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso a seguir consiste en investigar los h\u00e1bitos de consumo de nuestros clientes potenciales. Se realiza un estudio del mercado y se buscan nichos existentes o tambi\u00e9n llamados productos interrogantes. En este aspecto, se trata de encontrar oportunidades de negocio y de establecer la diferencia de nuestra marca con respecto a la competencia.<\/p>\n<h2>La importancia de la base de datos<\/h2>\n<p>Para desarrollar una perfecta campa\u00f1a de marketing directo, hay que tener en cuenta a los\u00a0<em>leads.\u00a0<\/em>Se trata de crear una base de datos, para posteriormente organizar la gran cantidad de informaci\u00f3n que tendremos sobre nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s tendremos que segmentar el mercado. Es decir, dividir el mercado en grupos de personas muy concretos: clientes con h\u00e1bitos de consumo similares e intereses comunes, con el objetivo de que cada vez que les enviemos mensajes directos estos sean muy atractivos para ellos. Hay que personalizar los mensajes. Para ello, se utilizar\u00e1n los datos personales de cada uno de los clientes que constan en la base de datos. Con esto, se intentar\u00e1 crear un v\u00ednculo emotivo entre la empresa y el cliente.<\/p>\n<p>En la era del marketing digital 3.0. es de vital importancia crear contenido que apele a las emociones de los usuarios para que se identifiquen con la marca. Para captar la atenci\u00f3n del p\u00fablico y generar una estrategia exitosa de marketing directo, es necesario generar contenidos de calidad y originales.<\/p>\n<p>El contenido tiene que ser siempre lo m\u00e1s claro y concreto posible. Se valora la brevedad y la s\u00edntesis de la informaci\u00f3n. Hay que ser muy cauteloso a la hora de redactar los mensajes claves, ya que estos deben de ser muy precisos. Para ello es importante utilizar palabras sencillas y en la mayor\u00eda de los casos frases cortas y comprensibles.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, como \u00faltimo paso para crear una campa\u00f1a de marketing directo, hay que elegir el medio adecuado. En funci\u00f3n del mensaje que queramos difundir, es muy importante saber elegir bien cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el medio de comunicaci\u00f3n id\u00f3neo para lanzarlo. Hay que analizar y sopesar las ventajas e inconvenientes de cada medio, antes de enviar nuestra campa\u00f1a al usuario. No es lo mismo un email, que un SMS, un banner en una web o un anuncio en una red social. Tendremos que adaptar nuestro contenido, hacerlo m\u00e1s o menos corto, en funci\u00f3n al medio por el cual lo queramos difundir.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez seguidos todos estos pasos, se mide el impacto de la campa\u00f1a de marketing directo monitoreando los resultados obtenidos.
