Los clientes potenciales se comportan de manera distinta con el devenir de los a\u00f1os, por lo que es algo primordial tener una base de datos de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de vosotros os preguntar\u00e9is\u00a0qu\u00e9 es el marketing online\u00a0o marketing digital. Este tipo de marketing, abarca todas las estrategias y acciones comerciales que se realizan mediante internet. El marketing digital naci\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os noventa del siglo veinte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA EVOLUCI\u00d3N HASTA LLEGAR AL MARKETING DIGITAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 1960 MacCarthy, uno de los eruditos del marketing, establece lo que se conoc\u00eda como las 4P del Marketing. Producto, precio, punto de venta y promoci\u00f3n. Conforme a estas cuatro variables se establecen todas las estrategias de marketing de la \u00e9poca. El<u>\u00a0precio\u00a0<\/u>del producto se fijaba en funci\u00f3n a calcular los beneficios netos analizando los precios de la competencia y viendo cu\u00e1nto estaba dispuesto a pagar el cliente. Para dar a conocer un<u>\u00a0producto o servicio<\/u>\u00a0se anunciaba en prensa, radio o televisi\u00f3n. Todo esto posteriormente cambi\u00f3 desde que naci\u00f3 internet.<\/p>\n<p>Autores como Bitner y Booms incorporaron tres elementos m\u00e1s a las 4P convirti\u00e9ndolas en 7P. A\u00f1adieron la importancia de\u00a0<u>las personas, los procesos y los elementos f\u00edsicos:<\/u>\u00a0physical evidence.\u00a0Las empresas comenzaron a centrarse en las personas prestando atenci\u00f3n en sus servicios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente. Se establecieron procesos dirigidos al servicio al cliente y se tom\u00f3 en cuenta el entorno f\u00edsico cuidando al detalle aspectos como la m\u00fasica, la luz o los olores para vender el producto. Despu\u00e9s de las 7P nacieron las 11P incorpor\u00e1ndose la\u00a0<u>privacidad, el inter\u00e9s personal, las\u00a0personal networks\u00a0y los comentarios p\u00fablicos\u00a0<\/u>o\u00a0public commentary.<\/p>\n<p>Con la transformaci\u00f3n digital a principios del milenio, las 11P pasaron a ser 15P a\u00f1adiendo la\u00a0<u>personalizaci\u00f3n de productos o servicios, la participaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/u>o\u00a0peer to peer\u00a0y el<u>\u00a0predictive modeling<\/u>\u00a0para predecir futuros eventos con probabilidad y certeza.<\/p>\n<p>Todo esto llev\u00f3 consigo que las 4P de MacCarthy con el marketing online terminaran convirti\u00e9ndose en las 4C. En toda estrategia de marketing pasamos de darle importancia al producto, precio, punto de venta y promoci\u00f3n a centrarnos en el<u>\u00a0cliente, el coste, la conveniencia y la comunicaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Las empresas en la actualidad escuchan y se adaptan al cliente. Piensan continuamente en mejorar, para mantenerse cerca de las preferencias del usuario. Por eso es tan importante generar\u00a0leads\u00a0y es muy poco com\u00fan hoy en d\u00eda una p\u00e1gina web que no use\u00a0cookies.<\/p>\n<p>El coste de satisfacci\u00f3n y la fidelizaci\u00f3n del cliente ser\u00e1 otro aspecto muy importante a tener en cuenta dentro del marketing online. Se tiene tambi\u00e9n muy presente la conveniencia. La comodidad de compra por parte del cliente es un punto clave. Por este motivo, triunfan empresas como Amazon o Glovo que llevan sus productos al domicilio particular de los clientes. Finalmente la anterior promoci\u00f3n se convierte en<u>\u00a0comunicaci\u00f3n bidireccional.<\/u>\u00a0El usuario a d\u00eda de hoy es m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico y est\u00e1 mejor informado.
