Para lograr un engagement y comunicaci\u00f3n directa con clientes pese a la pausa de eventos masivos como: lanzamientos, convenciones y entrenamientos por la pandemia, las agencias recrearon su planeaci\u00f3n de<strong>\u00a0marketing promocional\u00a0<\/strong>con estrategias digitales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Las compa\u00f1\u00edas que forman parte de la\u00a0<strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Agencias de Promoci\u00f3n, (AMAPRO)<\/strong>\u00a0adaptaron servicios en un 85% a streaming y plataformas de social media.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Entre las plataformas m\u00e1s usadas por las agencias de\u00a0<strong>AMAPRO<\/strong>\u00a0para la transmisi\u00f3n de sus contenidos se encuentran\u00a0<strong>Spotify, YouTube, Waze, Zoom, Instagram y TikTok<\/strong>, es interesante porque estas plataformas inicialmente fueron creadas para el entretenimiento, sin embargo, ante la pandemia se convirtieron en la herramienta potencial de engagement con los consumidores y usuarios.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0De acuerdo a We are Social &amp; Hotsuite:<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><em>Las ventas online en 2016 eran del 31% y para enero 2020 se incrementaron al 67%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><em>Tik Tok es utilizada por el 20% de las personas con acceso a internet y se convirti\u00f3 en uno de los canales primarios para ofrecer promotor\u00eda apoyada de l\u00edderes digitales.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><em>YouTube sigue siendo la red social m\u00e1s utilizada; le siguen Google y Facebook.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Por ello, la reducci\u00f3n de tiempos de traslado y el crecimiento del comercio electr\u00f3nico permiti\u00f3 migrar a nuevos medios de comercializaci\u00f3n para sus campa\u00f1as trazando nuevos ejes para la promotor\u00eda como: c\u00f3digos de descuentos, anuncios y promotor\u00eda digital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">\u201cLa integraci\u00f3n f\u00edsico \u2013 digital, lo que en Marco Marketing denominamos \u201cPhygital\u201d es y ser\u00e1 una estrategia clave para el futuro; la pandemia s\u00f3lo aceler\u00f3 el proceso, pero ya era pr\u00e1cticamente obligado concebir ambos mundos como uno solo\u201d comparti\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Leandro Savaro<\/strong>, miembro de la AMAPRO y gerente general para M\u00e9xico, Centroam\u00e9rica y Colombia de\u00a0<strong>Marco Marketing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Las agencias tuvieron que adaptarse a la velocidad de la luz, comprender c\u00f3mo funcionan las plataformas de streaming, c\u00f3mo podr\u00edan sumar un plus para las marcas y seguir construyendo leads digitales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">M\u00e9xico ha sido uno de los grandes integradores de plataformas para promociones y planes de recompensa para el consumidor, pero tambi\u00e9n lo ha sido con sus equipos de trabajo como la gesti\u00f3n de proyectos, los planes de capacitaci\u00f3n que a su vez ofrecen servicios innovadores con una mejor lectura de resultados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Ante una reapertura total de actividades, las agencias estar\u00edan poniendo en marcha el marketing integral con acciones que capten consumidores mientras est\u00e9n navegando online y generen tr\u00e1fico a tienda en busca de experiencias o promociones \u00fanicas; o desde los espacios f\u00edsicos conectando a los consumidores que pasen por el piso de venta con el mundo virtual para expandir la propuesta de valor de la marca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.infochannel.info\/youtube-spotify-y-tiktok-aliados-de-las-agencias-de-marketing\">https:\/\/www.infochannel.info\/youtube-spotify-y-tiktok-aliados-de-las-agencias-de-marketing<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante la pausa de eventos masivos como: lanzamientos, convenciones y entrenamientos por la pandemia.
