La relaci\u00f3n engloba la\u00a0comunicaci\u00f3n, las interacciones y los datos que tienes con \/ sobre tus clientes. Tener una buena relaci\u00f3n con tus clientes es un primer paso hacia la recompra, ya que un cliente satisfecho es un cliente que volver\u00e1. Pero debe ser una relaci\u00f3n que se trabaje y construya a lo largo de todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del cliente. Por lo tanto, es imprescindible recopilar gran cantidad de informaci\u00f3n (opiniones, productos preferidos, etc.) para asegurarse de tener las herramientas para alimentar esta relaci\u00f3n, y que el nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n de tus clientes se mantenga siempre alto.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Retenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una buena estrategia de CRM tambi\u00e9n se mide por la propensi\u00f3n de la marca a seguir siendo LA soluci\u00f3n a las necesidades de sus clientes. \u00bfY qu\u00e9 mejor t\u00e1ctica que apostar por la emoci\u00f3n? La emoci\u00f3n juega un papel importante en el proceso de toma de decisiones de los consumidores. Tus clientes deben sentirse como el centro de tu estrategia para querer seguir siendo fieles. Si se sienten importantes, buscar\u00e1n entre tu gama, un producto que se adapte a sus deseos y expectativas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Recompensa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es un poco simplista decirlo, pero si quieres que tus clientes hagan una nueva compra, de vez en cuando debes darles alguna recompensa, incluso si no forman parte de tu programa de fidelidad.\u00a0<strong>A todos nos gusta recibir un poco de atenci\u00f3n, un c\u00f3digo promocional por nuestro cumplea\u00f1os o incluso una menci\u00f3n en redes sociales<\/strong>. Todas las recompensas que se te ocurran reafirman la gratitud que sientes hacia tus clientes y fomentan la fidelidad hacia tu marca.
