El re-<em>branding<\/em>\u00a0gener\u00f3 conversaci\u00f3n en el sector, puesto que la marca es un pilar importante de las empresas colombianas. Para conocer m\u00e1s sobre la estrategia de\u00a0<em>branding<\/em>, P&amp;M habl\u00f3 con Ana Mar\u00eda \u00c1lvarez, <em>brand strategy director<\/em>\u00a0de FutureBrand, la\u00a0consultora de\u00a0<em>branding<\/em>\u00a0de transformaci\u00f3n de marcas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Ana Mar\u00eda, a lo largo de cuarenta a\u00f1os, Servientrega\u00a0 logr\u00f3 apropiar un color como el verde en una categor\u00eda en la que no es com\u00fan el tono. Igualmente, la tipograf\u00eda r\u00edgida con may\u00fasculas fuertes y rudeza, representaron, en la \u00e9poca, lo que quer\u00eda ser Servientrega. Pero la digitalizaci\u00f3n ha cambiado las reglas del juego de la mano de la llegada de la pandemia. Por lo tanto, la marca responde a moverse a un mundo m\u00e1s digital y globalizado, agregando un componente de car\u00e1cter humano y cercano.<\/p>\n<h3>Entonces, \u00bfQu\u00e9\u00a0hay tras la nueva imagen corporativa?<\/h3>\n<p>A nivel conceptual, Servientrega y FutureBrand responden a dos pilares claves con la nueva identidad. Por un lado, se busca proyectar m\u00e1s agilidad, dinamismo y cercan\u00eda. Por el otro, est\u00e1 la percepci\u00f3n y posicionamiento como operador log\u00edstico integral; la raz\u00f3n es que a pesar del \u00e9xito de la marca, se cataloga en env\u00edos y paqueter\u00eda, a lo que Ana Mar\u00eda detall\u00f3:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cPero Servientrega es mucho m\u00e1s que eso, es un mundo de soluciones para todas las diferentes medidas. Parte de lo que busca la actualizaci\u00f3n de la marca es empezar a posicionar Servientrega como un operador log\u00edstico integral; un\u00a0<em>one stop shop<\/em>\u00a0donde cualquier persona puede encontrar soluciones para lo que busca\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-42786 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-scaled.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-2048x1153.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-270x152.jpg 270w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-750x422.jpg 750w, https:\/\/revistapym.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03_Servientrega-1140x642.jpg 1140w\" alt=\"SERVIENTREGA Y FUTUREBRAND\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1441\" data-pin-no-hover=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde surgen las nuevas formas?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En cuanto a la identidad en s\u00ed misma, Ana Mar\u00eda explic\u00f3 que, desde la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la letra \u201cs\u201d surgieron las dem\u00e1s formas del sistema gr\u00e1fico:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cCu\u00e1ndo se empez\u00f3 a trabajar en la letra m\u00e1s actualizada, cercana y moderna, empez\u00f3 a salir el contenedor y el sistema gr\u00e1fico que se puede ver en las piezas con formas org\u00e1nicas o redondos\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Anamar\u00eda tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que, el nuevo isotipo abandona las formas r\u00edgidas que ten\u00eda el paralelograma antes y se reconstruye a partir de uno m\u00e1s org\u00e1nico. El contenedor tiene reminiscencia a una hoja, esto apela al compromiso con la sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente, siendo uno de los pilares de marca. Asimismo, las tipograf\u00edas son menos r\u00edgidas y m\u00e1s org\u00e1nicas y el uso de las min\u00fasculas contribuye all\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-video\">\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-6969-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/www.icesi.edu.co\/marketingzone\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo-final-Servi.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.icesi.edu.co\/marketingzone\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo-final-Servi.mp4\">http:\/\/www.icesi.edu.co\/marketingzone\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo-final-Servi.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Adicionalmente, desde la identidad se busca enaltecer algunos\u00a0<em>assets<\/em>\u00a0de la marca que se han ido consolidando como propios identitarios; uno de estos es el color verde. Pero con una gama de colores m\u00e1s digitales y m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes. Seg\u00fan la explicaci\u00f3n de Anamar\u00eda, el verde se complementa con el tono fucsia, un color bastante particular dentro del entorno competitivo. Igualmente, el papel de este color es complementario porque el verde sigue siendo protagonista.
