La apuesta es del Grupo \u00c9xito.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pinno-author-info-wrap left relative\">\n<div class=\"pinno-author-info-thumb left relative\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-forbes-co.cdn.ampproject.org\/i\/s\/cdn.forbes.co\/2020\/04\/ecommerce-2140603_1280-1-1000x600.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>La pandemia puso a muchos actores de la econom\u00eda a buscar soluciones para mantener la estanter\u00eda de su negocio.<\/p>\n<p>Los cierres llevaron a las grandes superficies a reinventarse. El proceso dio resultados, pues muchos consumidores mantuvieron su ritmo de compras pero a trav\u00e9s de internet.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, estos cambios llegaron para quedarse. As\u00ed lo ven por lo menos en el Grupo \u00c9xito que en su divisi\u00f3n de Viva Malls (una cadena de 15 centros comerciales f\u00edsicos a lo largo del pa\u00eds) acaba de lanzar una nueva propuesta para articular el mundo real con el mundo virtual.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de Viva Online que b\u00e1sicamente naci\u00f3 como una oferta de marketplace para que los clientes de los centros comerciales pudieran mantener su capacidad de comprar y vender en medio del encierro.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Juan Lucas Vega Palacio, presidente del comit\u00e9 fiduciario de Viva Malls, \u201cViva Online es una plataforma de ecommerce para llevar la oferta de los comerciantes que est\u00e1n dentro de los mall de Viva al mundo online. Pero no es un ecommerce m\u00e1s: queremos ser una plataforma de experiencia, replicar lo que se vive en un centro comercial en el mundo online\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La manera como lo quieren hacer es permitiendo a los usuarios crear tableros con cualquiera de los productos de las marcas de los Viva. All\u00ed, por ejemplo, un comprador podr\u00e1 configurar la pinta que quiere comprarse o ver en la sala de su casa con el mobiliario que le interesa o simplemente ver regalos para las ocasiones como cumplea\u00f1os o aniversarios.<\/p>\n<p>El ejecutivo explic\u00f3 que la idea surgi\u00f3 dentro del proceso de innovaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis necesario para enfrentar la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEst\u00e1bamos en 2020 en los meses m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de la pandemia, por all\u00e1 en marzo, abril y mayo. Las principales categor\u00edas no pod\u00edan abrir y apoyados en la plataforma del grupo de comercio electr\u00f3nico pudimos sacar un sitio online para tener sus productos y vender en el mundo online. Eso fue evolucionando y vimos la necesidad de avanzar de algo que inici\u00f3 como market place y migrar hacia un proyecto que ofrezca experiencias\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Para ellos, se trat\u00f3 de una oportunidad de transformar y hacer disrupci\u00f3n. \u201cNo lo vemos como dos cosas separadas y distintas. Vemos un solo cliente que tenemos que atender, pero de diferentes maneras. Tomar esos 15 centros comerciales que se vuelven plataformas de omnicanalidad para atender la demanda de diferentes sitios. Se trata realmente de un ejercicio de convergencia de todos los canales. Al montar la orden de compra se puede satisfacer todo desde el centro comercial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los desarrollos de la plataforma de Viva Online estuvieron a cargo de la multinacional Vtex.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-el-mundo-real\">El mundo real<\/h2>\n<p>Al pregunt\u00e1rsele sobre c\u00f3mo van los centros comerciales en el proceso de reapertura, Vega explic\u00f3 que todo marcha bien desde que empez\u00f3 en forma en julio pasado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos clientes regresaron mientras se fueron levantando las medidas restrictivas. Empezamos a ver el retorno de consumidores. El mundo f\u00edsico est\u00e1 lleno de experiencias y se complementa con el mundo online. Hoy estamos en un tr\u00e1fico del 90% del que ten\u00edamos en prepandemia. Lo m\u00e1s satisfactorio es que en ventas ya estamos por encima de 2019, lo que muestra una mejor tasa de conversi\u00f3n. Todav\u00eda hay sectores como los cines con restricciones y con el aforo del 50%, lo mismo que gimnasios.
