No obstante, s\u00ed es posible tener disposici\u00f3n hacia los cambios y los retos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTenemos nuevas din\u00e1micas empresariales. La pandemia gener\u00f3 impactos personales y profesionales importantes para todos. Pero debemos estar abiertos al riesgo, tener adaptabilidad y proyectar la innovaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A su vez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de recordar que \u201cno hay negocio sin personas\u201d. En otras palabras, hizo un llamado a tener en cuenta a las personas en cada interacci\u00f3n. \u201cLas personas est\u00e1n cambiando la forma como interact\u00faan, toman decisiones y, en general, todas las formas de hacer las cosas\u201d, afirm\u00f3. Y al respecto cuestion\u00f3: \u201c\u00bfestamos atentos a estos cambios para entender el nuevo contexto?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n enfatiz\u00f3 en que \u201cdebemos asegurarnos de que cada una de las interacciones humanas sea importante y memorable.\u00a0<i>Make every human interaction matter<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cHay que saber qu\u00e9 hacer con los datos y utilizar\u00a0<i>machine learning<\/i>\u00a0para tomar mejores decisiones para conectar con nuestros clientes y llegar con contenidos de valor en el momento correcto. La experiencia del cliente est\u00e1 en segundo lugar en la estrategia empresarial y hay que apoyar esa experiencia con la tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Adicionalmente coment\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl conocimiento es poder y hay que usarlo inteligentemente. Incorporar los datos en perspectiva para convertir esa inteligencia en acci\u00f3n. Conocer a los clientes, ponerlos en el centro y desarrollar el negocio alrededor del mismo es la clave para la sostenibilidad empresarial y para ser relevantes para nuestros clientes\u201d,
