Los expertos de las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas y de Nielsen compartieron con los asistentes datos detallados para el futuro de\u00a0<em>customer experience<\/em>. \u201cCambiar el mundo a trav\u00e9s de experiencias\u201d es el lema que caracteriz\u00f3 este evento y que re\u00fane de qu\u00e9 de trata la forma en la que los consumidores vivir\u00e1n los procesos de conversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"p1\">Por un lado,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ruben Garc\u00eda CEO de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.omni.pro\/\">Omni.pro<\/a>\u00a0comparti\u00f3 los pilares para construir la omnicanalidad de forma precisa para contribuir en proceso de\u00a0<em>customer experience<\/em>:<\/h5>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">M\u00f3vil primero: la importancia del celular est\u00e1 m\u00e1s presente que nunca.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">H\u00edper personalizado: los consumidores esperan ser entendidos y que les hablen de forma directa. Hoy en d\u00eda, lograr estar en\u00a0<em>top of mind<\/em>\u00a0es un gran reto. Hay que llegar con algo relevante, memorable y diferencial.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">R\u00e1pido o inmediato: el consumidor quiere todo instant\u00e1neamente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Omnicanal: la sinergia entre los canales es la clave para crear conveniencia para el cliente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Tiempo real: la informaci\u00f3n relevante para tomar la decisi\u00f3n de conversi\u00f3n debe llegar en el \u201cahora\u201d. Esto genera un valor exponencialmente alto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">En la opini\u00f3n de Ruben, las grandes disrupciones se han dado gracias a la experiencia del consumidor; ejemplific\u00f3 los casos de Nubank y Uber estacando que estas compa\u00f1\u00edas no se inventaron un modelo de negocio nuevo, sino que mejoraron la experiencia del usuario y esto las hizo exitosas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Por otra parte, Rodolfo Troncoso, sales manager north of Latinoam\u00e9rica en Adobe explic\u00f3 la forma en la que funciona la plataforma de Adobe Experience. Esta re\u00fane las herramientas de anal\u00edtica para conocer al cliente sin importar la etapa de madurez digital en la que est\u00e9n las empresas, por lo que es posible reunir la informaci\u00f3n de diferentes perfiles del cliente para conformar uno solo y conocerlo en detalle.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron en el espacio Diana Mejia, gerente general Nielsen Colombia y Karen Holguin sales manager Adobe Norte de Latinoam\u00e9rica aportando datos de la tem\u00e1tica. La finalidad del evento con enfoque en\u00a0<em>customer experience<\/em>\u00a0fue generar conocimiento y valor en la industria.
