Los expertos abren el debate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Algunos expertos alertan de que las t\u00e9cnicas de la personalizaci\u00f3n no son tan fiables ni tan efectivas como se suele pensar.<\/h2>\n<p>Gracias a las ingentes cantidades de datos que las compa\u00f1\u00edas recogen sobre los usuarios, los anunciantes pueden crear <strong>campa\u00f1as cada vez m\u00e1s personalizadas<\/strong>\u00a0y preparar estrategias de marketing que encajen perfectamente con las\u00a0<strong>necesidades e intereses de sus potenciales clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pero las t\u00e9cnicas en las que se basa publicidad personalizada\u00a0<strong>no son tan fiables ni tan efectivas\u00a0<\/strong>como se suele pensar. Un estudio acad\u00e9mico del MIT y de la Melbourne Business School revela que el\u00a0<strong>grado de precisi\u00f3n tiene la segmentaci\u00f3n por g\u00e9nero es del 42,3%<\/strong> al utilizar cookies de terceros. Por edad, la precisi\u00f3n oscila entre el 4% y el 44% de las veces.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan algunos expertos, el\u00a0<strong>marketing personalizado no tiene ning\u00fan sentido<\/strong>\u00a0y las razones son dos: es una estrategia\u00a0<strong>dif\u00edcil de llevar a cabo<\/strong>\u00a0y, adem\u00e1s, es\u00a0<strong>ineficaz<\/strong>. De hecho, se prev\u00e9 que el 80% de los profesionales del marketing abandonen la personalizaci\u00f3n en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, para explicar la primera raz\u00f3n, un<em>\u00a0art\u00edculo de Marketing Week\u00a0<\/em>firmado por Peter Weinberg y Jon Lombardo, los directores de B\u00fasqueda y Desarrollo de B2B Institute, se\u00f1ala que<strong>\u00a0los profesionales del marketing \u00abno tienen datos perfectos de cada cliente\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es decir, la mayor\u00eda de los esfuerzos de personalizaci\u00f3n se basan en la\u00a0<strong>informaci\u00f3n que ofrecen las cookies de terceros<\/strong>. Los vendedores deducen qui\u00e9nes son los clientes bas\u00e1ndose en su comportamiento de navegaci\u00f3n. Pero esos datos de terceros<strong>\u00a0no suelen ser muy precisos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, nos dirigimos a una\u00a0era sin cookies de terceros, con lo que ser\u00e1<strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil para las empresas recabar la informaci\u00f3n necesaria\u00a0<\/strong>para saber los gustos e intereses de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<h3>Apostar por el \u2018performance branding\u2019 y dejar atr\u00e1s la publicidad personalizada<\/h3>\n<p>Por otro lado, el art\u00edculo hace hincapi\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n en la\u00a0<strong>falta de eficacia de la publicidad personalizada<\/strong>\u00a0y apunta: \u00abAunque fuera realmente posible, no funcionar\u00eda.
