Tras la pandemia de la COVID-19 aceler\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas y de los clientes. Un 55,11% de los usuarios recurre a v\u00eddeos de opini\u00f3n cuando est\u00e1 investigando sobre un producto o servicio, antes de tomar una decisi\u00f3n de compra y\u00a0<strong>TikTok<\/strong>\u00a0encabeza el top, seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por\u00a0<strong>HubSpot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El v\u00eddeo ha dominado las redes sociales, tal y como demuestran las conclusiones de la investigaci\u00f3n. Del estudio se desprende que la red social m\u00e1s utilizada para ver v\u00eddeos<strong>\u00a0es TikTok con un 43,21%, seguido de Instagram con un 38,27% y Facebook con un 7,41%<\/strong>. A las plataformas nativas de v\u00eddeo como YouTube y TikTok se suman ahora redes sociales como Instagram o Facebook, que se est\u00e1n centrando en este formato y enfatizan el valor del v\u00eddeo marketing. Sin embargo, Instagram sigue siendo la red preferida de los usuarios para compartir su propio contenido, as\u00ed lo afirma el 56,79% de los encuestados.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los dispositivos predilectos para reproducir v\u00eddeos,<strong>\u00a0el 46,02% prefieren el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil,<\/strong>\u00a0seguidos de los que recurren al ordenador (28,98%) y de los que optan por la tableta (13,07%).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, seg\u00fan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">HubSpot<\/a>, los consumidores contin\u00faan utilizando el v\u00eddeo como parte integral de su recorrido y conocimiento de las marcas. As\u00ed,<strong>\u00a0un 55,11% recurre a v\u00eddeos de opini\u00f3n y un 53,41% opta por videotutoriales\u00a0<\/strong>cuando est\u00e1n investigando sobre un producto o servicio antes de tomar una decisi\u00f3n de compra.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a las caracter\u00edsticas que debe tener un v\u00eddeo para triunfar en la red, los resultados extra\u00eddos de la encuesta revelan que no es necesario ser un experto en producci\u00f3n, ya que la mayor\u00eda de los v\u00eddeos con altas tasas de visualizaciones son sencillos y sin muchos procesos de edici\u00f3n. Ahora se puede grabar con alta calidad incluso desde un smartphone. De esta forma, el estudio revela que la autenticidad est\u00e1 por encima de la calidad en la producci\u00f3n, ya que genera confianza. As\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>el 77,84% de los encuestados prefiere ver videos con im\u00e1genes reales<\/strong>, en formato corto (75,57%) \u2013 con una duraci\u00f3n de 2 minutos (31,25%)- y en su idioma original (40,91%).
