As\u00ed se desprende de un reciente estudio de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">EHI Retail Institute<\/a>\u00a0que ha sido llevado a cabo en Alemania, Austria y Suiza y que ha sido presentado en el marco de la feria de retail\u00a0EuroShop\u00a0que tienen lugar actualmente en D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n<p>El informe concluye que<strong>\u00a0el \u00abmachine learning\u00bb y la inteligencia artificial son la tendencia que goza de m\u00e1s predicamento<\/strong>\u00a0a ojos de CIO y responsables de IT consultados en su investigaci\u00f3n por EHI Retail Institute. El 52% considera que este ser\u00e1 el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico m\u00e1s importante en el universo del retail en el transcurso de los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os. El 31% cree que las tiendas de naturaleza aut\u00f3noma son interesantes con la vista puesta en el futuro, pero carecen hoy por hoy de relevancia, y el 17% califica de poco relevante esta tendencia de nueva hornada, que podr\u00eda provocar cambios de primer\u00edsimo orden en el \u00abstaff\u00bb (mermado o totalmente ausente en el futuro) en el punto de venta.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la\u00a0pandemia\u00a0los h\u00e1bitos de consumo del consumidor sufrieron important\u00edsimos cambios y el retail se vio obligado tambi\u00e9n a implementar cambios a la velocidad de la luz, unos cambios que est\u00e1n estrechamente emparentados con la digitalizaci\u00f3n. En este nuevo contexto los\u00a0retailers\u00a0deben estar necesariamente aprovisionados de<strong>\u00a0infraestructuras s\u00f3lidas y flexibles de IT.<\/strong>\u00a0Y de esas infraestructuras forma parte de manera absolutamente ineludible la nube.
