No en vano,\u00a0<strong>el 90% de los profesionales del marketing coincide en se\u00f1alar que la IA les ayuda a invertir menos tiempo en tareas manuales<\/strong>\u00a0y dedicar, en cambio, m\u00e1s tiempo a aquellas tareas laborales que m\u00e1s disfrutan desempe\u00f1ando (80%) y tambi\u00e9n a la parte m\u00e1s creativa de su trabajo (79%).<\/p>\n<p>Implementando en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda herramientas de IA,\u00a0<strong>los marketeros ahorran una media de 2,5 horas al d\u00eda en el desempe\u00f1o de tareas menore<\/strong>s, 12,5 horas a la semana y entre 25 y 26 jornadas laborales al a\u00f1o, de acuerdo con el\u00a0informe \u00abThe State of AI\u00bb de HubSpot.<\/p>\n<p>Los cuatro principales usos que los profesionales del marketing hacen de la IA son la\u00a0<strong>creaci\u00f3n de contenido\u00a0<\/strong>(48%), el an\u00e1lisis de datos (45%), el aprendizaje (45%) y el desarrollo de investigaciones (32%).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, las apps de IA con el foco puesto en el marketing que los marketeros utilizan con m\u00e1s asiduidad son\u00a0<strong>chatbots como\u00a0ChatGPT\u00a0(53%)<\/strong>, las herramientas para generaci\u00f3n de textos como como Jasper (44%), los generadores de im\u00e1genes como Midjourney (44%) y las aplicaciones de audio como Speechify (31%).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A los marketeros les inquieta que la IA escupa informaci\u00f3n incorrecta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Las apps de IA m\u00e1s populares entre los marketeros son espec\u00edficamente Compose AI (18%), Jasper (17%) y Copy.ai (17%)\u00a0<\/strong>Disfrutan asimismo de bastante predicamento entre los profesionales del marketing herramientas como ChatGPT, Jasper, Google Bard, ChatSpot, Kive.ai, 10Web y SEO.ai.<\/p>\n<p>Si nos detenemos espec\u00edficamente en la creaci\u00f3n de contenido,<strong>\u00a0los profesionales del marketing se apoyan hoy por hoy en la IA fundamentalmente para buscar ideas e inspiraci\u00f3n (22%)<\/strong>, resumir textos (21%), escribir textos (20%) y crear im\u00e1genes (20%).<\/p>\n<p>Y los contenidos que los marketeros alumbran con m\u00e1s frecuencia con la inestimable ayuda de la IA son\u00a0<strong>posts en las redes sociales<\/strong>\u00a0(31%), emails (28%), descripciones de productos (25%), im\u00e1genes (22%) y posts para blogs (19%).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el \u00faltimo objetivo de la IA es escribir contenido,<strong>\u00a0el 53% de los marketeros realiza cambios menores en los textos emanados del vientre de ChatGPT y compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>, el 39% hace grandes cambios, el 5% modifica los textos completamente y solo el 4% renuncia a implementar modificaciones de ninguna clase.<\/p>\n<p>Cuestionados por los principales riesgos que aletean en torno a la IA,<strong>\u00a0e 47% de los profesionales del marketing se lamenta de que esta tecnolog\u00eda ha puesto alguna vez en sus manos informaci\u00f3n de naturaleza incorrecta<\/strong>. Y solo el 27% de los marketeros se muestran confiados en su capacidad para discernir la informaci\u00f3n falsa parapetada en las entra\u00f1as de la IA.<\/p>\n<p>Otro riesgo solapado a la IA es la\u00a0destrucci\u00f3n potencial de puestos de trabajo.<strong>\u00a0Al 41% de los marketeros les inquieta que la IA termine reemplaz\u00e1ndoles en el desempe\u00f1o de su trabajo<\/strong>.
