Resumen

La confianza es uno de los factores críticos de éxito que permiten mejorar las organizaciones y por esto diversos autores se han interesado en su estudio. En este artículo, se realiza una revisión de literatura crítica sobre los distintos modelos existentes de confianza a nivel organizacional y se compilan los resultados de dicha revisión. Se busca, como objetivo de investigación, establecer esos elementos comunes que se encuentran bajo el concepto de confianza, con el fin de formular, a futuro, un modelo unificado de confianza. El resultado principal de esta revisión muestra elementos como el fideicomitente, el fideicomisario y los factores que afectan la confianza.
