“Stargate Atlantis follows the present-day adventures of John Sheppard and his military team from Earth that, along with two dozen other teams, venture to distant planets. They use an alien device known as a Stargate, which is housed in the city of Atlantis on the planet “Lantea”. The city was built thousands of years ago by one of the most advanced races of the Stargate universe: the Ancients. Five to ten thousand years ago, due to a plague in the Milky Way Galaxy, they were forced to flee to the Pegasus Galaxy, and there they seeded life on hundreds of worlds as they had done in the Milky Way. “Death Note (デスノート Desu Nōto?) es una serie manga creada por Tsugumi Ōba e ilustrada por Takeshi Obata, y su adaptación al anime fue dirigida por Tetsurō Araki. La serie se centra en Light Yagami, un estudiante de secundaria que encuentra un cuaderno sobrenatural, llamado «Death Note», el cual es capaz de matar personas si se escriben los nombres de éstas en él y si el portador visualiza mentalmente la cara de quien quiere asesinar. Light intenta eliminar a todos lo criminales y crear un mundo donde no exista la maldad, pero sus planes son frustrados por L, un famoso detective privado. La serie está basada en un one shot que fue difundido por Shūeisha, para la revista Shōnen Jump,y se generalizó nuevamente cuando se publicó el volumen trece, «How to Read», el cual es una guía que contiene datos relativos sobre la serie, incluyendo el perfil de todos los personajes principales. …….”
