The digital age has generated significant transformations in organizations, directly influencing their structure, processes, and human capital. Therefore, responding to these challenges requires developing skills and attitudes that transcend traditional technical and conceptual knowledge and add differential value to the occupational profile, especially for leadership roles. Leading in dynamic and uncertain environments involves facing disruptive work contexts that demand specific managerial skills. This study aims at analyzing recent scientific evidence on the skills that organizational managers must have to face the challenges derived from digital transformation. For this
purpose, a systematic literature review was carried out, implementing the PRISMA model combined with infometric visualization techniques. Nine hundred and sixty two articles on administration and business, published between 2020 and 2024 in the Scopus and Web of Science databases were reviewed. The search was based on the terms "management" + "digital age". Results highlight the need to form adaptive management teams, capable of responding quickly to change. Human and relationship skills were identified. Assertive communication, time management, generation of synergies, proactivity, flexible thinking, innovation and resilience stand out. These competencies set up managerial profiles that create sustained value in dynamic environments.
