This study proposes and validates a conceptual model of organizational management that is essential for the successful implementation of knowledge and technology transfer mechanisms. A questionnaire was administered to researchers and managers in higher educational institutions, complemented by exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, as well as a structural equation model to test the proposed hypotheses. The results support the hypotheses, demonstrating positive and significant relationships between the means and mechanisms of transfer and the components of organizational management. Finally, it is recommended to extend the analysis to other regions and hierarchical levels to strengthen and update the proposed model.
